Plants: twining, annual, 3'-6' long, herbaceous vine with hairy stems
Leaves: usually shallowly 3-lobed, leaf stalk shorter than the flower stalk
Flowers: blue to purple, 5-parted, 1 1/4"-2" long, funnel-shaped, sepals often unequal;
blooms July-Sept.
Habitat: disturbed areas
Conservation Status: Introduced - naturalized
