Plants: erect, perennial, 4"-12" tall forb, no chlorophyll, yellowish to greenish
Flowers: yellowish to greenish, 6-parted, 3/8" wide, lip with small side lobes below the middle, white and sometimes with purple spots; inflorescence a 3/4"- 3" terminal, spike-like cluster (raceme) with 5-15 stalked flowers; blooms May-July
