Habitat: Small (surface area=25 acres), shallow (max depth=26ft) seepage lake of very low fertility; water very clear, acidic; bottom sand and gravel. Only 9 vascular plant spp present in the whole lake, the 6 w/ rosette habit all abundant, mostly submerged and. sterile, partly hidden under 1" deep layer of loose much and algae. Associated Species: Isoetes macrospora, Elatine minima, Myriophyllum tenellum, Eriocaulon septangulare, Littorella uniflora, Utricularia resupinata (very abundant), Lobelia dortmanna (abundant).
Occurrence Remarks: mostly submerged, sterile.
