Habitat:
Northern mesic forest of Acer saccharum-Fagus grandifolia with Betula alleghaniensis, Tilia americana, Quercus rubra, Ulmus americana, & Fraxinus americana on floodplain. On top edge of creek bank with Circaea lutetiana subsp. canadensis, Geranium maculatum, Geum canadense, Impatiens capensis, Laportea canadensis, & Ranunculus hispidus var. nitidus (exceedingly abundant).
Occurrence Remarks:
One big clump of 52 fertile stems collected. NC part of tract.
