Weeds of bare soil on recently re-sculpted stream corridor (silt removed & meanders restored previous year using heavy equipment). Assoc.: Abutilon theophrasti, Acalypha rhomboidea, Brassica, Chenopodium album, Cirsium arvense, Datura stramonium, Hibiscus trionum, Linaria vulgaris, Melilotus, Persicaria maculosa, Solanum ptychanthum, & Verbena hastata.
Occurrence Remarks:
Annual, with 5 horizontally spreading branches from the base, these all branched; perianth mostly pink, basally greenish.
