Habitat:
Slope near base of S-facing bluff, young woods of Juniperus virginiana, Celtis occidentalis, Morus alba, Juglans cinerea.
Occurrence Remarks:
The largest diameter vine of this species I have seen here, to 18 cm. in diameter at the base, climbing into and over trees. Bark in long reddish brown strings. Voucher for wood specimens, Kw, Lw, MADw, MEXUw, RSAw. No flowers or fruits at this time.
