Habitat:
In shallow water of drained (outlet channel) 34-acre lake with M.P.M. total alkalinity of 52 ppm & bottom entirely of loose soft, quicksand-like, deep muck. Assoc.: Brasenia schreberi, Najas flexilis, Nymphaea odorata, Potamogeton gramineus, & P. natans.
Occurrence Remarks:
Delicate submersed aquatic. Water with total alkalinity (M.P.M.) 52 ppm.
