Moss-covered sandstone boulder bordering roadside at base of slope, S end of N-S-lying bluff of St. Peter sandstone capped by thin layer of Platteville dolomite, in semishade of partly overtopping Quercus velutina & Juniperus virginiana. Assoc. atop rock a casual sparse mix of native & introduced spp.: Campanula rotundifolia, Conyza canadensis, Lactuca scariola, Poa compressa, Selaginella rupestris, & Silene antirrhina.
Occurrence Remarks:
Also on ground alongside boulder with Amphicarpaea bracteata, Euphorbia corollata, Lespedeza capitata, Maianthemum stellatum, & Solidago ulmifolia.
