Habitat: Edge of secondary woods of Populus tremuloides, Quercus rubra, and weedy areas around dump.
Occurrence Remarks: Shrub, the stems 1.5 cm in diameter, the largest stems green, the twigs slightly reddish. Voucher for wood specimen, MADw. Flowers white, lightly and sweetly fragrant.
