Habitat: Sandbar in river. Thin stand of annual plants, Persicaria lapathifolia, P. pensylvanica, Ludwigia palustris, Fimbristylis autumnalis.
Occurrence Remarks: 1 m tall. Head +/- erect, pink, similar to no. 58154 but the spikes stiffer, thicker, erect and a darker pink.
