Habitat:
Sandy floodplain woods of Acer saccharinum, Betula nigra, Quercus bicolor and edge of Wisconsin River at E end of the RR bridge.
Occurrence Remarks:
Forming colony at edge of eroding sandy riverbank, partly shaded. Evidently this species also forming large and denser colonies along the RR embankment.
