Rankly brushy area With Heracleum lanatum, Corylus ameriacana, Ulmus americana, Acer negundo, Prunus americana, Vitis riparia, Humulus lupulus, Quercus macrocarpa and Lonicera x bella complex.
Occurrence Remarks:
Shrub 3 m tall, with few stems in a clump, to 3 sm in diameter, +/- the maximum size for the species here, then replaced by fast-growing shoots with bipinnate leaves. Voucher for wood specimen, MADw. Inflorescence flat-topped; flowers white. Some inflorescences with flowers fallen and very immature green fruit; only a few inflorescences still in bud.
