Habitat: Unshaded bank and edge between lawn and river, a strip of weedy, herbaceous species, native and introduced; with Urtica dioica, Solanum carolinense, Verbena hastata, Rudbeckia laciniata, Apios americana, Xanthium strumarium, Bidens frondosus.
Occurrence Remarks: Herb 1.3 m tall; only one plant seen here. Corolla pale pink-purple. Calyx lobes not stiffly spiny as in Leonurus cardiacus.
