Habitat:
Extensive marsh with Bolboschoenus fluviatilis, Sagittaria latifolia, Sparganium eurycarpum, Asclepias incarnata.
Occurrence Remarks:
Erect plants in marsh at edges of channels. A few plants with bases submersed, but the species is not normally an aquatic here. Lower leaves on each stem dead and brown. Inflorescence erect, deep pink.
