Georeference Remarks: Latitude/Longitude was derived from the Township, Range, Section location. This causes an imprecision.
Habitat: One large clone on steep, cindery roadedge, covering ca. 1 m�. In shade of Juglans nigra and Ulmus rubra [?] with Parthenocissus vitacea, Eupatorium rugosum, Poa pratensis, Taraxicum officinale, Ambrosia artemisiifolia, and Cerastium vulgatum. Originally collected by R.R. Kowal, 1980 Jun 9. 1997 Jun 3: Revisited with Alison M. Mahoney; ~3 rosettes collected. 2004 Nov 17: Revisited area with Norman E. Kowal; clone apparently extirpated, perhaps by road-work. Population "Perrot State Park", individual 1B, grown in Test Garden 5, position I2. Adventitious shoots on roots.
