Habitat: Growing with Epilobium sp., Potentilla fruticosa, Solidago riddellii, Lobelia kalmii, Rhynchospora alba, and Cladium mariscoides. A fairly dense mat of this plant, which is the dominant and the single most abundant species present in the fen.
