Habitat:
Boggy, open edge of lake. On open bog mat bordering lake. Growing in association with Myrica gale, Toxicodendron vernix, Rosa palustris, and Salix candida.
Occurrence Remarks:
Common 10 ft. tall shrub forming thickets. Leaves orangish-red. First Kewaunee County collection? Digital photos taken.
