Ditch-like margin of severely degraded wetland; Phalaris arundinacea-dominant, with scattered colonies of Helianthus grosseserratus, Symphyotrichum lanceolatum, and Typha Xglauca. In light shade of scattered Populus deltoides, Salix alba, and Ulmus americana trees. Three small patches directly in path of new gas pipeline, now being laid down. Frost-damaged. Sheet 2 of 3.
