Habitat: Narrow sandy beaches between shoreline and sea walls, often lacking dunes or with slope of primary dune leading to residences and dominated by beach grasses. Right-of-way access to beach in partially open sand with beach grass (Ammophila breviligulata) 25-50% cover. Thick-spike wheat-grass (Elytrigia dasystachya ssp psammophila) extending down foreslope of dune to modern beach. Artemisia caudata, Ammophila breviligulata.
Occurrence Remarks: 25-50 plants in fruit. Wpt 172.
