Georeference Remarks: Latitude/Longitude was derived from the Township, Range, Section location. This causes an imprecision.
Habitat: Sedge meadow on peat deposit in small depression, latter an opening surrounded on N by rd, W by Alnus-Cornus swamp, S & E by Thuja-Larex swamp. Carex sterilis (in loose tussocks) dominant, with Thuja occidentalis saplings, Thelypteris palustris, Panicum implicatum, & Galium labradoricum all subdominant. Additional associates: Osmunda regalis var. spectabilis, Bromus ciliatus, Glyceria striata, Muhlenbergia glomerata, Carex flava var. fertilis, Anemone canadensis, Fragaria virginiana, Rubus pubescens, Nemopanthus mucronata, Hypericum kalmianum, Cornus racemosa, Asclepias incarnata, Lycopus americanus, L. uniflorus, Mentha arvensis, Campanula aparinoides, Lobelia kalmii, Cirsium muticum, Eupatorium maculatum, E. perfoliatum, Solidago uliginosa.
