Habitat:
End of causeway. Edge of flowage in now dry sedge-grass marsh. Sandy, peaty soil. With Hypericum majus, H. canadensis, Carex spp., Cicuta bulbifera, Bidens cernuus, Galium tinctorium. Dwarfed, growing under the other plants. Apparently none of larger size in the vicinity.
