Locality: United States, Wisconsin, Dane, Madison. Mint Spring and Big Spring, U.W. Arboretum
Habitat: Found in springs (near tamaracks). Much on W bank of spring. This year hardly any Angelica, which usually has been very conspicuous plant on the west bank of spring.\r\n Intermediate nerves of lemma conspicuous, marginal nerve with no hairs. Ligules 6-7mm long, very pointed. Blooming after Kentucky bluegrass, but before marsh bluegrass.
