Habitat:
Sandbar in river, 0-1 m above water level. Hemicarpha micrantha, Fimbristylis autumnalis, Cyperus aristatus, Mollugo verticillata, Eragrostis hypnoides. Abundant, covering most of the sandbar, the clumps seem regularly arranged. This clump with hundreds of stems from base, 30 duplicates made from this one plant.
