Habitat:
Low open weedy area. With permanent small creek and small ponds, but area only covered by water after heavy rains. With Polygonum spp., Bidens spp., Phalaris arundinaceae, Echinochloa sp., both weeds and native weedy species of low prairies and marshes. Solid stand at edge of small pond.
