Habitat: Extensive (20-acre), diverse, sedge-grass meadow (calcareous fen) developed on a combination of peat and marl. Assoc.: Agalinis purpurea, Bidens coronata, Eutrochium maculatum, Lobelia kalmii, Parnassia glauca, Pentaphylloides floribunda, Solidago uliginosa, Spiranthes cernua, Symphyotrichum lateriflorum, etc. Occasional throughout fen.
