Habitat: Extensive, diverse and open fen developed on a combination of sedge peat and marl. A.) Main wet meadow. Assoc. species for Cochrane et al., 10322-10335: Carex lasiocarpa dominant, C. sterilis subdominant, with Thelypteris palustris v. pubescens, Parnassia glauca & Potentilla fruticosa all abundant, & Equisetrum arvense, E. fluviatile, Carex buxbaumii, C. leptalea, C. interior, Eleocharis erythropoda, E. pauciflora v. fernaldii, Liparis loeselii, Salix spp. (incl. S. candida, S. pedicellaris), Drosera rotundifolia, Hypericum kalmianaum (rare), Pedicularis lanceolata, Cirsium muticum, Aster junciformis, etc.
