Ledge at edge of A and B on N side: A.) Narrow prairie-like top with sandstone and calcareous outcrops and cliffs. Artemisia caudata, Andropogon spp., Bouteloua curtipendula, Selaginella rupestris, Cheilanthes feei, Pellaea glabella. B.) Steep N-facing slope and cliffs below, shaded by young canopy of Tilia americana, Populus tremuloides, Carpinus caroliniana. With Taxus canadensis, Asarum canadense, Camptosorus rhizophyllus, Adiantum pedatum, Caulophyllum thalictroides.
