Habitat:
Formerly grazed marshy lowland, just above floodplain of river, grassy, with Solidago spp., Vernonia fasciculata, Monarda fistulosa. Erect perennial herb, to 1.3m tall. Flowers odorless; corolla white, very pale pink in bud; anthers light tan.
