Habitat: Narrow zone of wet marsh along edge of hard-water seepage lake as moisture increases. With Glyceria striata, Carex viridula, C. hystericina, Thalictrum dasycarpum, and on tussocks, Galium trifidum. Assoc. for Cochrane et al 10336-10347, Hab. C: Scirpus acutus dominant in shallow water, Glyceria striata dominant on shore, w/ Carex palustris, Thalictrum dasycarpum v. dasycarpum, Impatiens capensis, Galium trifidum.
