Latitude/Longitude was derived from the Township, Range, Section location. This causes an imprecision.
Habitat:
Growing at edge of sandstone escarpment on steep hill. Growing with Carex pennsylvanica, Helianthemum sp., Quercus velutina, Prunus serotina, etc. Sunny, southern exposure. Plants from this area shown to be parasitic on Q. velutina. Fruiting specimen of previous summer (1966) and rosettes in winter condition. Collected at same time.
