Habitat: Plants 3-3.3 dm high, hairy leaves 4.8-6 cm. across, 6-7 cm long, roughly heart shaped, sometimes somewhat 3 or 5 lobed, doubly crenate, bases of leaves deeply cordate. Leaves otherwise bare flowering stem 2-opposite, similiar, but nearly or completely sessile, more obviously 3 parted and a trifle smaller than the basal leaves. Rootstock long, slender, sending up several plants. Sheet 1 of 2.
