Habitat: Openings in forest & on sandy river bank, w/ Helenium autumnale, Rumex verticillatus, Vernonia fasciculata, Eragrostis hypnoides, Xanthium strumarium. Very narrow sandy edge between river & forest, with Polygonum lapathifolium, Panicum dichotomiflorum, Echinocloa muricata, Artemisia biennis, Amaranthus tuberculatus, Eragrostis pectinacea, Vitis riparia, Chenopodium album, Salix interior, Solanum nigrum, Populus deltoides. Bushy, 1.4m tall.
