United States, Wisconsin, Price, 10 miles E of Park Falls, in the Chequamegon. On FR 149 2 miles N of Hwy 70.

Habitat:
Roadside swamp. Road edge is about 3 ft. above water table, no standing water however.. One of about 20 specimens growing at the site. No other specimens observed along roadsides in rest of national Forest.
