Habitat: Utility right-of-way cleared through black spruce swamp. Rather wet, densely overgrown, thick humus along road. Dryopteris cristata, Bromus ciliatus, Salix serissima, S. petiolaris, Betula glandulifera, Spiraea alba, Geum aleppicum, Ledum groenlandicum, Galium triflorum, Eupatorium maculatum, Cirsium palustre, Solidago gigantea, S. uliginosa, Lactuca canadense var. latifolia.
