Habitat:
Along N end of big field. Found with Verbena, Erigeron, Aster spp., Carex spp., Oenothera, Helianthus, Asclepias, Solidago, Ambrosia, Equisetum, Taraxum, Setaria, Mimulus, Fraxinus, Typha, Echinocystis, Epilobium, Polygonum, Sonchus, Amaranthus, Scirpus, Cornus, Ulmus, Quercus macrocarpa. Less common in this wet lowland/mesic upland ecotone. Soil rich, black, moist. No slope. Little shade.
