Habitat: Planted in the 1930's to stabilize gully erosion in bottom of small valley. Cultivated tree 12m tall, 40in diameter. Flowers abundant, sweetly fragrant; many old fruits still hanging on from previous year. Calyx light green with red markings. Petals white with yellowish green area at base of standard and tip of keel.
