Habitat: Cultivated alfalfa field on slope. The general color of the field is blue and purple with a generous sprinkling of yellow and light colored flowers. This series of 26 different plants does not quite exhaust the bewildering array of color combinations of. the corollas; e.g. deeper purple flowers occur.
