Habitat:
Rocky or grassy roadside bank at base of river bluff with thin woods of Quercus spp., Juglans nigra, Rhus typhina; bank w/ few prairie plants- Rhus glabra, Sporobolus asper, Xanthoxylum americanum, Verbascum thapsus, & #22034 Tridens flavus. Young tree 5m tall. Fruit half light below, other half turning rich brown.
