Habitat:
Fairly small lake (74 acres surface area, 12 ft. max. depth) with inlet and outlet streams. Associated free-floating or submersed aquatic herbs of relatively deep (2 m or more) water: Potamogeton praelongus, P. vaseyi, Elodea canadensis,. Vallisneria americana, Zosterella dubia, Ceratophyllum demersum, Myriophyllum sibiricum, and Bidens beckii. Associated rooted submersed aquatic herbs in water 1--10 dm deep very near shore but undoubtedly in deeper water also: Potamogeton gramineus and Najas flexilis. 13762: broken loose and floating free.
