Georeference Remarks: Latitude/Longitude was derived from the Township, Range, Section location. This causes an imprecision.
Habitat: Narrow zone of tussock Carex meadow, mostly very wet and marsh-like, between slough-like creek (w/Scirpus validus locally dominant) and wet prairie (w/Calamagrostis canadensis and Andropogon gerardii codominant). Never grazed or. plowed, but last year completely dried up by drought. Additional field notes for 8295-8300, 8302-8311: Sparganium eurycarpum, Alisma plantago-aquatica var. americanum, Sagittaria latifolia, Calamagrostis canadensis, Leersia oryzoides, Phalaris arundinacea, Spartina pectinata, Scirpus validus, Lemna minor, Iris virginica, Boehmeria cylindrica, Pilea fontana, Rumex orbiculatus; for rest of listed species see specimen.
