Dry mesic Quercus borealis-Q. alba stand on hilltop, with Q. muhlenbergii and Q. macrocarpa. Right at base of a. Quercus borealis tree, semi-open disturbed ground of picnic area; associatied with Digitaria ischaemum, Oxalis stricta, Acalypha rhomboidea, Asclepias syriaca, Plantago rugelii, Eupatorium rugosum, Taraxacum officinale
