Habitat:
Abandoned RR right-of-way through former prairie area, completely overgrown, E side with few individual prairie plants barely persisting, W side quite wooded, with trees now reaching 10m tall & patches of understory herbs (Hydrophyllum virginianum,. Galium aparine). Prairie spp. w/ weedy tendencies occupy roadbed gravel between ties. Mesic site with deep soil, semi-shade on weedy bank bet. RR gravel & ROW. With Polygonatum biflorum, Smilacina racemosa, Ribes missouriense, Prunus virginiana, Vitis riparia, Heracleum lanatum, & Galium aparine. Sheet 1 of 4.
