Locality: United States, Wisconsin, Waupaca, Skunk and Foster Lakes SNA, W of Grenlie Lake Rd. 1.9 mi. N of US Hwy 10 and 0.6 mi. S of CTH V, 0.5 mi. mi. E of Portage Co. line, 8 mi. due NW of Waupaca. Unnamed pond ("green-frog pond") across the ridge and down from NW corner of Grenlie Lake.

Habitat: In shallow water with slurpy bottom of decaying organic matter, swampy wetland fringe of pond in morainal depression; under Alnus incana subsp. rugosa and Ilex verticillata with Carex comosa, C. leptalea, Dulichium arundinaceum, Eleocharis erythropoda, Lemna minor, Lycopus uniflorus, Sagittaria latifolia, and Spirodela polyrhiza.
Occurrence Remarks: S shore of unnamed pond ("green-frog pond").
