Habitat: On top of 1-2-meter tall bank of railroad right-of-way, on N side of tracks, at edge of prairie remnant. At present, a large oak grows here also on the north side of the tracks; there are no other visible large oaks north of the tracks to the west of this point.
Occurrence Remarks: Same site as DOB0855 but ca. 60 m further west. The species was collected here in 1992 (Cochrane et al. 12921, herbarium record v0183370WIS).
