Vegetation a mixture of sand barrens, oak barrens, and dry prairie spp.: Ambrosia psilostachya, Comandra umbellata, Artemisia ludoviciana, Carex siccata, Danthonia spicata, Galium boreale, Hesperostipa spartea, Houstonia longifolia, Koeleria macrantha, Lespedeza capitata, Monarda fistulosa, M. punctata, Rhus glabra, Schizachyrium scoparium, Scutellaria leonardii, Symphyotrichum ericoides, Veronicastrum virginicum, etc.
Occurrence Remarks: First opening south-southeast of canoe landing, which is at 44 45.9220, 091 44.9466.
