Habitat: Dry prairie on SW-facing slope w/ sandy soil & loose rock, in middle of huge Rhus typhina (or T. Xpulvinata) clone, w/ Populus tremuloides sprouts, Quercus velutina grubs, Amorpha canescens, Anemone cylindrica, Dichanthelium precocius, Dichanthelium oligosanthes, Euphorbia corollata, Helianthus occidentalis, Kuhnia eupatorioides, Monarda fistulosa, Oxalis violacea, & Schizachyrium scoparium.
Occurrence Remarks: Scutellaria leonardii is a good species. Largest, most accessible prairie remnant on the Blue River Bluffs.
