Locality: United States, Wisconsin, Marathon, Swamp ca. 50 m W of parking area at the N end of Locust Drive (although a closed, two-track dirt road continues to the NW), to the S and W of McVoy Brook, 2 - 3 km W of Hwy 29 and ca. 10 km W of Wittenberg

Verbatim Coordinates: 44° 49' 53.87" N, 89° 16' 48.71" W; T27N R10E sec10
Habitat: In moss mat at edge of open, mucky pool in shady, high-quality Thuja-Tsuga-Fraxinus pensylvanica swamp.
Occurrence Remarks: Not abundant. This species was collected at the site by Bob Freckmann in 1990 (Freckmann 25257). Owner of house on E side of Locust Road immediately SE of property said land was owned by Wisconsin DNR.
