Habitat: Unusual population, mixed S. emersum (#912) and S. americanum (#913), difficult to differentiate: floating, loose vegetation covering much of shallow basin, with no firm bottom: with Nuphar variegata, Zizania palustris, Sparganium natans, Brasenia. EC=110uS
Occurrence Remarks: Branched inflorescence, lowest female head on main axis supra-axillary, rest axillary; stigmas >2mm.
