Habitat: Extensive 100-yr.-old, 2nd-growth, dry-mesic hardwood forest on rolling topography: Quercus rubra-Acer saccharum- A. rubrum-Q. alba with Tilia americana, Betula papyrifera, & Carya cordiformis; shrub layer: Dirca palustris, Ribes cynosbati; assoc. for 15493: Adiantum pedatum, Carex pensylvanica, Dryopteris intermedia, Maianthemum canadense, Trillium grandiflorum, & Uvularia sessiliflora.
Occurrence Remarks: Rare; two adjacent plants. Upslope from trail.
