Habitat: Muck to sandy bottom in <1m of water. Common assoc.: (Potamogeton bicupulatus) filament-leaf pondweed, (Eleocharis acicularis) needle spikerush, (Dulichium arundinaceum) three-way sedge, (Iosetes echinospora) spiny-spored quillwort, (Potamogeton epihydrus) ribbon-leaf pondweed.
Occurrence Remarks: Specimen was growing out of water at shoreline near the channel from the lake. A few sterile submersed plants were also located on the north and east sides.
